Things to know about pricing.

Logo or artwork: We have to seperate all the colors of a logo, then create positive films for each color, then it has to be transfered to a "silkscreen" or frame. Each color gets it's own film and screen. So, the more colors the higher the cost of production and setup fees. Simplify your colors to get a better price. It may seem easy to say I want this logo on a shirt, but the process is far from easy. One more thing: if your artwork is in a true vector format .ai or .eps it could save you $$ on your artwork fees. Link explaining vector format: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vector_graphics

Artwork: If your art is not camera ready art meaning a vector file which is a .eps or .ai file you might want to have our art team cleanup your art and get it ready for printing. In most cases we will have to have our art department touch up your art. A good example is if you wanted red ink on a black shirt - that red ink will not show up on the shirt that well without an underbase. An underbase is usually a white ink below the other ink. Which now means your art is a two color art. If you want quality you need to have your artwork prepped correctly.

Quantity: The more you order the cheaper the price is. Because of the process listed above and the time it takes to prep the artwork and get it setup, we really dont like to print anything under 18 pieces. T-shirt Colors: Whites and light colored shirts are easier to print and will not need an underbase or flashing- which means it will cost you less if you print on whites.

Add $0.30 per piece for flashing (One Color on a dark Garment)

Requirements for All Customer Submitted Art

Please send the highest DPI (quality) or vector based art that you have. We prefer .AI .EPS or .CDR

files that are not placed images. Please convert all text to outlines or Curves

If you do not have your own logo or art work no worries! We can do it for you.

Basic Text (no drop shadows or outlines, 40 words or less) -- NO CHARGE

Available Clip Art & Text (basic, no drop shadows or outlines, 40 words or less) -- 45.00

Basic to Moderate Plus Separations (drop shadows & outlines ok) -- 65.00

Moderately Complex (1-3 color separations) -- 95.00

Complex (1-3 separations) -- 125.00

Very Complex Art Will Be Quoted On A Per Job Basis By The Art Department

Flashing (One Color on a Dark Garment) - $0.30 per piece

Nylon or Mesh Jersey/Stretch Additive/Water Soluble Ink/Polybagging - $0.50 per piece

Reflective Ink - $2.00 per piece / Jackets - $2.50 each

Color Changes - $12.00 per color
